Refunds & Returns Policy
1.All changes or cancelations require 72 hours' notice.
2.The said 72 hours commences at the point of confirmation from an employee of aWakening Adventure Sports Pty Ltd of the cancellation or rescheduling request: either via, text, email or verbal.
3.Loss of deposit may be incurred if insufficient notice has been given or if deemed appropriate by aWakeing Adventure Sports Pty Ltd.
4.All credits or refunds will be issued as vouchers equal to the dollar amount not to the period of time on the water.
5.All vouchers have a 12 month expiry date from the date of issue.
6.Any requests for refunds from a third party provider must be done through said providers system.
7.All bookings or vouchers can be transferred to another person, but notification must be given 72 hours prior to booking.
8.Regular Rider fees are not refundable.
9.Any partly used voucher or service may not be refunded or transferred.
10.All bookings are subject to weather conditions, any cancellation of a booking due to weather is determined solely by aWakening Adventure Sports Pty Ltd without prior notice.
11.Any booking cancelled by aWakening Adventure Sports Pty Ltd due to unforseen circumstances will be issued with a voucher for the equivalent booking time or rescheduled to an agreed time from both parties.
12.Customer booking times must be adhered to; any late arrival due to any circumstance may not be added onto time lost.
13.aWakening Adventure Sports Pty Ltd may at any point throughout the period of operation be running late for various unforseen circumstances. We note however that this will NOT incur any time lost to the customer in regards to their booking on the day.
